Shipping Info

• Malaysia & Singapore:
  • All goods are shipped by the merchant to the warehouse and then sent to the warehouse in Malaysia. It is expected to depart from Thailand between the 15th and 25th of each month (the specific date is still determined by the warehouse)
  • The transportation time is expected to be 14 days, and buyers will receive the tracking number between 1st until 14th of each month
  • The entire process is expected to take 14-21 days (21-45 days for Singapore), except for force majeure factors including: customs inspection, merchant sending to the wrong address, merchant late delivery and etc.
• International orders (except Malaysia, direct shipping is available for Singapore)
  • All goods are shipped by the merchant to the warehouse and then packaged and sent.
  • The specific postage is paid according to the weight provided by the warehouse after the package is weighed, so the buyer needs to make a second payment (we only charge the exchange rate difference, no additional fees)
  • The transportation time is expected to be 14-45 days, except for force majeure factors including: customs inspection
  • Since international orders are shipped directly from the warehouse, the package storage time does not exceed 7 days

  • 所有商品都是由商家发货到仓库后再发到马来西亚的仓库，预计每月15-25号之间从泰国出发（详细日期还是由仓库）
  • 运输时长预计是14天，买家将会在每月的1-14号之间收到tracking number
  • 整个过程预计是14-21天（新加坡21-45天），除了不可抗力的因素包括：海关扣查、商家发错地址、商家晚发货
• 国际订单（马来西亚除外，新加坡可选择直运）
  • 所有商品都是由商家发货到仓库后打包再发，具体邮费根据打包称重后，仓库提供的重量所支付，因此买家需要进行二次支付（我们只收取汇率差，没有额外的费用）
  • 运输时长预计14-45天，除了不可抗力的因素包括：海关扣查
  • 由于国际订单都是从仓库直接出发因此包裹储存时间不超过7日
