How to Order:

1. Login to your account (New users please register one first, so that you don’t have to enter the recipient information again at the next time purchase)
2. Add the required products to the shopping cart
3. Click checkout and select payment method. We accept payment methods such as bank transfer, Touch n'Go, Paypal and Wise
4. Select the shipping country. We will charge different fees for different countries. For details, please see Shipping Rate & Info
5. After the transfer, don’t forget to upload the slip
6. The payment status will change to "Paid" after waiting for admin confirmation. It is not automatically updated by the system
7. The tracking number will be displayed on the order and will also be notified by email
8. Please tell us within 24 hours if there is any problem with the package. For details, please see the return and exchange terms

下单流程：

1. 登陆账号（新用户请先注册一个，方便下次购买时不必再次输入收件人资料）
2. 把所需要的商品加入购物车
3. 点击checkout，选择payment method，我们接受bank transfer，Touch n'Go，Paypal和Wise等付款方式
4. 选择运输国家，不同的国家我们将收取不一样的费用，详情请见Shipping Rate & Info
5. 转账好后，别忘了把slip上传
6. 付款状态等待admin确认后会转为“Paid”，不是系统自动更新状态
7. Tracking number会在order显示，也会通过邮件发通知
8. 包裹出现任何问题请在24小时内告诉我们，详情请见退换货条约

Combine Order:

1. To combine orders, just select "combine order" for shipping rate during checkout and note the order number of the combine order
2. You don't need to pay shipping fees again for combine orders. We also assume that the combined order items will be shipped to buyers at the same time

Notes: Read the return and exchange terms carefully before placing an order. Placing an order means you have read it

拼单流程：

• 拼单只需在checkout的时候，shipping rate选择“combine order”，并且备注combine order的单号即可
• combine order不需再次支付运费，同样我们也默认了combine order的商品同一时间发货给买家
