Terms of Service 服务条规

1.  Emendo is a platform that helping customers to buy products and ticket or paying in currency CNY and THB. 我们的平台有代购和（人名币/泰铢）代付服务。
2. According to the customs regulations of various countries, products involving violations cannot be purchased. 根据各个国家的政策，一些产品属于违禁品因此不能购买。
3. The order is invalid without attached the proof of payment. 在提交付款证明前，订单属于无效。
4. We are not responsible for the following situations 以下情况概不负责:
    (1) Food spoilage 食物变质

    (2) Package destroyed 在运输过程的损坏
    (3) Goods that are damaged or deteriorated or have damaged intrinsic quality and cannot be used normally 损坏，变质和质量不佳导致不能正常使用的货物
    (4) Quality of product 产品质量

   
   
5. After receiving the package, please record a video when unpacking. 收到包裹后，请在拆包裹时录制视频。
6. If there is no feedback within 48 hours after receiving the package, we will no longer be responsible. 如果在收到包裹后48小时内没有反馈问题，我们将不再负责。
7. If the quantity is not correct, we will pay up to 20% of the original price as compensation. 如果数量不正确，我们将支付高达原价的20%作为补偿。
8. Order cancellation is not allowed. 不可取消订单。
9. For who refused to complete second payment (shipping fees / rest of the price), the order will not be shipped out and also no refund. 对于拒绝完成第二次付款（运费/其余价格）的情况，订单将不会发货，也不会退款。
