Exchange

Exchange requirements will be process after communicated with the original merchant and  buyer. The transportation costs of exchange goods will be bear by the buyer, and we do not bear any exchange costs.

Refund & Cancellation

Since all products are pre-ordered, returns and cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed and paid. Please consider carefully before making order.

We are not responsible for compensation for product quality and damage caused during transportation, but if you find any problems after receiving the package (including stains on clothes, missing products, product quality damage, etc.), please be sure to report within 24 hours. We will do our best to negotiate with the merchant and fight for the rights of customers.

换货

换货需求只能根据原始商家沟通并且双方（原始商家&买家）协商好的情况下才会进行，换货的运输费用将由买家承担，我们不承担任何换货的费用。

退货&取消订单

由于所有商品都是预购，一旦下单付款后，不接受退货和取消订单，希望大家可以互相理解。

我们不承担商品品质以及在运输过程中造成损害的赔偿，但收到包裹后发现任何问题（包括衣服有污渍、商品缺少、商品质量损坏等情况）务必在24小时内反馈，我们会尽最大的努力与商家协商，争取顾客的权益。
