Q：How can I order?

A：Please confirm product, variety and price through DM first, after that we will sending shopping cart to you.

Q：How much is the price charging?

A：Currency Rate + RM10 per item.

Q：What can I order?

A：Small size or volume, and also non-restricted item.（Better not over 0.5kg per item）

Q：Can I making cancellations or refund?

A：All orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after completed payment.

Q：Can I get shopping receipt from the original store?

A：Yes, the receipt will be sent together with product if the store has it.

Q：Can I get merchandise item from GMMTV?

 A：Yes, you can get any product if the products are available in their physical store.

Q：How much is the postage?

A：West Malaysia is RM10 per bulk, East Malaysia is RM20 per bulk and for other countries please contact us for details.

Order deadline is on 15 March 2025 and order will be shipped on 25 March 2025 onward.
